Maintenance of thermal and air handling systems for the urban hospitals of CHRU Nancy: includes energy performance management of sites and buildings; operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of thermal systems, domestic hot water (DHW) systems, water treatment systems, air treatment systems, and air conditioning (P2); upkeep and restoration with identical or functionally equivalent replacement of defective materials to ensure continuous operation (P3 MRE + REN); optimization of energy consumption through a work program (P3 – Axe de progrès); and major maintenance and renewal of heating and DHW networks (including shut-off and control devices) outside boiler rooms and technical areas.
