Subscription maintenance and technical service for air conditioning systems in buildings of the Territorial Unit of the National Social Security Institute (NSI) Sofia Oblast: execution of periodic planned semi-annual and annual service operations, current and emergency repairs, and the provision (delivery) of spare parts and/or consumables. The air conditioners to be maintained are specified in Appendix 1 of the technical specifications; maintenance is to be performed according to manufacturer's instructions.
