Maintenance and inspection of building automation for the Education and Science Center of the Federal Financial Administration in Sigmaringen: includes maintenance of the building management level (DESIGO CC license fee, backup, DESIGO CC upgrade) and the automation level (DDC automation stations PXC 50-200, operating devices PXM 20), thermographic (non-destructive) inspection of GA control cabinets, visual inspection of the weather station, frequency converters, and remote support (Remote Assistance). On-demand services include operational support, fault rectification (estimated 8 deployments per year), hourly rates for fitters/technicians (remote and on-site), and a flat-rate travel allowance (estimated 3 deployments per year).
