Maintenance and servicing of fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems for TDU South, South Industrial Zone, Plovdiv, Kuklensko Shose Blvd. No. 17 E, within the MER Plovdiv area: monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections to be performed by the 25th of the respective calendar month; repairs as needed after consultation with the client. The initial inspection includes checking for and creating logbooks if missing, checking operating instructions, applying contact information stickers, and checking and labeling the expiry dates of accumulator batteries. Every visit must be recorded in the logbook. Services are to be performed in accordance with Ordinance No. 8121z-647/01.10.2014 for fire safety rules and standards.
