Maintenance and Upkeep of Hospital Installations

Maintenance and upkeep of installations for the buildings of the Clinical Hospital of Orthopedics, Traumatology and Osteoarticular TB ”Foișor” in building sections B1, C+D and A (3-level parking garage): preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance services for HVAC systems and air conditioning equipment, automatic doors, sanitary installations, electrical installations, the hydrophore station (domestic water, fire fighting, and wastewater pumping station), and low current installations and equipment. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the entire framework agreement, as well as for the smallest and largest subsequent contract, are detailed in Annex No. 1 of the tender specifications. A minimum of two subsequent contracts per year are planned. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement is 6,652,800.00 Lei without VAT, the minimum value is 147,840.00 Lei without VAT.
