Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Installations for the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics, Warsaw

Maintenance and repair of electrical installations and devices: periodic inspections, continuous maintenance, fault and defect removal, and repairs of electrical installations and devices in the building of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at Banacha 2 Street in Warsaw. Installations in the southern tower and southern connector (levels 0, 1, 2) are excluded due to ongoing reconstruction until March 2027. The building, a listed didactic and office building from the 1950s, has a height of approximately 19.90 m (to the top of the last floor slab) or approximately 22 m (to the knee wall), 5 above-ground floors, is almost fully basement, with a typical floor area of approximately 3,000 m², a total above-ground building area of approximately 15,000 m², a net area of approximately 13,000 m², and a volume of approximately 75,000 m³. It is designed for a maximum of 1,200 people, with approximately 700 people present simultaneously. The building features 2 main low-voltage distribution boards (350 kW and 160 kW), 25 floor distribution boards, approximately 4,000 light points, approximately 3,000 electrical sockets, and approximately 2,000 computer sockets. Services include checking residual current devices, main distribution boards and their protection, reactive power compensation batteries, replacing damaged or worn electrical components and light sources (identical or approved substitute), checking luminaire fixings, controlling energy consumption measurement systems, checking all fire buttons of the main power switch (with annual protocol), checking and tightening electrical connections in distribution boards, checking protection against unauthorized access to connections, preparing technical opinions on equipment unsuitability, assisting with connecting additional devices (e.g., air conditioners) upon user request, tidying up after work, winter review of horizontal lightning protection conductors, checking lightning protection control connections, annual anti-corrosion maintenance of lightning protection, a pre-winter review of the anti-icing system for gutters and downpipes, and minor repairs; further items as per the tender documents.
