Maintenance and Repair of HVAC Systems: 886 units at the Alkotás utca 42-48, XII. district, site of the Hungarian University of Sports Science. Maintenance is to be performed twice annually, totaling four times during the contract period; the first maintenance must commence within 20 calendar days of contract signing. For ad-hoc repairs beyond general maintenance, a maximum net framework amount of 40,000,000 Ft is available (hourly rate and material costs for ad-hoc repairs), with a 70% call-off obligation for this framework amount. Partial bids are excluded.
