Maintenance and Service for Office Equipment and Supply of Spare Parts for TPDGS Burgas

Notice title: „Абонаментно и сервизно обслужване на офис техника (компютри, преносими компютри, хардуер и софтуер, принтери, копирни машини, монитори, UPS устройства, мрежово оборудване, модеми, рутери и др. техника в извънгаранционен срок) и доставка на резервни части, материали, консумативи за офис техника за нуждите на ТП ДГС Бургас за срок от 12 месеца.”

Subscription and maintenance service for office equipment: includes computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, modems, routers, and other equipment, including the supply of spare parts, materials, and consumables as needed. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of contract signing or until the maximum permissible contract value is reached, with an extension option of up to 6 months if no new contract is concluded and the value is not exhausted. The place of performance is the administrative building of TPDGS Burgas, Tsar Ivan Shishman St. No. 8, 2nd floor, 8000 Burgas. Repairs that cannot be performed on-site will be carried out at the contractor's service base, with transport costs borne by the contractor.
