Maintenance of Flat Roofs for SEMITAN
Maintenance of flat roofs for SEMITAN: preventive maintenance (checking access and safety equipment, inspecting roof defects such as peeling, cracks, fixing faults, obstruction of rainwater drainage, maintenance and cleaning), and corrective maintenance (diagnosis and/or leak detection, repairs). This is a single-award framework agreement for services, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 650,000 euros (excl. VAT) over the entire duration (including renewals). Execution will be via individual purchase orders. Full details of services are in the CCTP.
