Maintenance of Radio Telemechanics Systems for OPUS TITÁSZ Zrt.
Maintenance and fault clearance for radio telemechanics systems of OPUS TITÁSZ Zrt.: includes regular preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call fault clearance for both hardware and software. Field devices include 1,007 pcs of TMOK (remote-controlled pole switch) INTÁV URH and GSM RTU, 122 pcs of TMKK (remote-controlled cable network switch) INTÁV URH and GSM RTU, 294 pcs of GENLEV (generator disconnector) INTÁV URH and GSM RTU, 5 pcs of Compensator INTÁV URH and GSM RTU, 1 pc of Link translator INTÁV URH RTU, 75 pcs of INTÁV SZVZJ (overhead line fault indicator), and 47 pcs of INTÁV Collector areas. Additionally, 150 pcs of INTÁV TRZJ (cable circuit transformer fault indicator) are included for fault clearance only. The planned maintenance cycle for field devices is 2 years, with the total quantity per device type approximately halved and scheduled for 1-1 year. Central devices such as the INTÁV Central Collector server (half-yearly), INTÁV Database server (yearly), INTÁV THJ-ZJ server (yearly), and INTÁV TRZJ server (yearly) are also maintained. The stated cycles are indicative; the exact number of devices to be maintained annually will be determined after consultation. There is no call-off obligation or prescription of specific cycle times. The removal and disposal of extracted hazardous waste (batteries) in accordance with applicable regulations, including handover and disposal within the waste management concession system (currently with MOHU MOL Hulladékgazdálkodási Zrt.), is the responsibility of the contractor, who also bears all associated costs. Fault clearance is initiated upon notification via the ticket system (Redmine) or by phone from operations management and also covers faults discovered during maintenance work. Faults include hardware or software failures, data inconsistency affecting or hindering operations. A major fault is defined as the simultaneous failure of multiple switching devices. Not considered normal operational faults are damages due to lightning strike, transmission medium disturbance, vandalism, external impact, primary faults requiring contractor involvement but not repair (e.g., adjustments, cable connection/disconnection, testing), incorrect fault reports, or inability to perform work at the agreed time, as well as overvoltage damages. further items as per the tender documents.
