Maintenance of Gas Turbine Power Plants

Maintenance services for gas turbine power plants: Planned works include borescope inspections (14 times), provision of tool containers (16 times), combustion inspections (2 times), hot gas path inspections (2 times), and major overhauls (2 times) for gas turbines. For generators, annual condition checks (stator, rotor, rotating diode exciter) (14 times), rotor pull-out inspections (2 times), robotic rotor inspections (2 times), and bearing inspections (2 times) are planned. For the excitation system (16 times), visual and instrumental inspections of the voltage regulation system, software checks, fault diagnostics, and function tests are included. For the control system (16 times), continuous remote support (hotline), remote diagnostics, and on-site inspections are specified. Unplanned works (as needed) comprise analysis of equipment failures (RCA), refurbishment and maintenance activities including provision of spare parts and resources, troubleshooting during operation, targeted maintenance and repair based on diagnostic results, supply of spare parts/materials for ad-hoc repairs, software modifications on the control systems (GE MarkVIe, DCS, GEControlST, Historian, ToolBoxSt, Cimplicity HMI, Malware Protection) and on the excitation system, as well as execution of technical tasks according to OEM notifications (TIL, SB) including software tasks. Additionally, refurbishment of main gas turbine components (2 times) is included. The estimated framework agreement value is EUR 68,000,000.
