Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems for Electrical Substations in Marseille and Nantes

Maintenance of air conditioning systems: preventive and corrective maintenance (levels 1 to 4 of standard FD X 60-000) for approximately 1,270 air conditioning units (splits, multisplits, AC cabinets, monobloc AC units) in sensitive industrial premises (relay rooms, telecommunication rooms, control buildings) of RTE electrical substations within the Nantes and Marseille maintenance centers. The contract is divided into 12 geographical lots: 5 lots for the Nantes Maintenance Center (Bretagne, Poitou-Charentes, Anjou, Atlantique, Sologne) and 7 lots for the Marseille Maintenance Center (Avignon, Bollène, Escaillon, Lingostière, Port de Bouc, Réaltor, Sainte Tulle). Each bidder can be awarded a maximum of 3 lots per perimeter. The framework agreements have a firm duration of 3 years (01/01/2027 to 31/12/2029), renewable twice for 1 year each.
