Maintenance of Communication and Network Equipment for the Budgetary IT Office

Maintenance of communication and network equipment: Comprehensive technical support for hardware and software of communication and network management equipment for users of the Budgetary Administration (Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenditures, General Secretariat for European Funds, General Intervention Board of the State Administration), managed by Division IV of Operations of the Budgetary IT Office (OIP). The service includes 24x7 technical support for the SAN network platform, IP network management platforms (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), load balancing, and application publishing, as well as for perimeter security platforms (firewalls), web application firewall, and secure internet navigation. Also included are preventive, corrective, and perfective maintenance of all described platforms, including planning, coordination, and reporting to the OIP. Temporarily, technical support for the OIP's security platforms will also be provided during the adaptation period to the centralized services of the AGE's COCS. The contract duration is from January 4, 2027, to March 13, 2028. The service does not include the supply or replacement of new equipment. All services, except secure internet navigation (SaaS), are provided in the two data centers of the Budgetary Administration in Madrid.
