Maintenance and service works for building automation, framework agreement

Maintenance and service works for building automation of properties owned by the City of Kauniainen: The service includes these works on an hourly basis. Bidders must have joined or join the Schneider Electric EcoXpert partner program before submitting an offer and meet the conditions as a Master or Certified partner. The building automation is based on SE EcoStruxure and Atmostech systems. The system is a hybrid model with Atmostech-based solutions (programmable iC1000 central units, remote access via Team Viewer) and the newer Schneider EcoStruxure Building system (IoT-based, accessed via EBO WorkStation / Engineering Tool or eValvomo cloud service). Local workstations and control panels in substations are present. Older AtmosWare substations have been modernized and integrated into EcoStruxure, retaining functional modules and establishing a site-to-site VPN connection for new links. Additionally, the Schneider Electric PME (Power Monitoring Expert) system is used for monitoring energy, water, and electricity consumption, with a shared main control center and remote access. TV screens in lobbies display consumption trends. further items as per the tender documents.
