Maintenance and Upkeep Services for Street Lighting in Järvenpää

Maintenance and upkeep services for the street lighting of the city of Järvenpää: includes street and road lighting, lighting for parks, squares, playgrounds, and other areas, as well as special lighting; contract period from 05.10.2026 to 06.10.2030, then indefinite; additional works such as maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations and other electricity network construction can be ordered separately; some luminaires are located on the road network maintained by the ELY Centre; the street lighting network is owned by the city; services are procured as needed, without a fixed quantity; new objects in the service network can be included in the contract; existing service agreements for the street lighting control system, electricity procurement, and separate construction projects must be considered; detailed description in Appendix 1 (Service Description) and its appendices (Luminaire Poles Map, Quantity List, Safety Document).
