Maintenance and Repair Services for Household and Institutional Appliances

Maintenance and repair services for household appliances: Performed on weekdays between 7 AM and 4 PM, primarily in the Lappeenranta area and other municipalities of South Karelia. Appliances to be maintained and repaired include refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and washing machines. Repair services relate to the functionality of the machines, while maintenance services include annual maintenance or scheduled maintenance performed according to manufacturer instructions. Excluded are maintenance and repairs of institutional kitchen appliances, cleaning machines, and warranty services. A maximum of two (2) contracted suppliers will be selected under a framework agreement.
