Maintenance services for sports fields of Arad Municipality's sports facilities: Framework agreement with a single economic operator for 4 years. The minimum value per subsequent contract is 1,413,101 Lei without VAT, the maximum value is 6,782,707 Lei without VAT. The minimum value of the framework agreement is 11,304,808 Lei without VAT, the maximum value is 54,261,656 Lei without VAT. The first subsequent contract will be awarded after 31.12.2026 or earlier if funds are exhausted. A minimum of two subsequent contracts will be awarded per year, with a maximum duration of 6 months per subsequent contract. Specific quantities are detailed in the tender specifications.
