Services include 24/7 on-site presence for immediate first-line interventions; planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for ETD, LED, WTMD, and SAMD security screening equipment (first and second line); planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for X-ray scanners for personnel and passenger baggage (first and second line); planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for Out of Gauge (OOG) baggage X-ray scanners (first and second line); interventions on HBS X-ray scanners and the central matrix system (first line); management of spare parts inventory owned by Brussels Airport Company (BAC); management of operational consumables inventory owned by BAC; first and second-line interventions on all security screening-related field hardware (workstations, operator stations for HBS and remote screening) within System Engineering.
