Maintenance contract for public street lighting in Riesa and its districts

Maintenance, revision, and repair of public street lighting in Riesa and its districts: approximately 4,200 light points, 109 control cabinets, and 42 meter columns. The contract also includes the establishment of an on-call service (365 days / 24h) with a maximum response time of 30 minutes, recurring inspections according to DGUV Regulation 3 (BGV A3), and civil engineering services for maintenance. The contract duration is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030. Required suitability proofs according to § 6a para. 2 and 3 VOB/A include turnover, reference list, number of employees, commercial register extract, business registration, entry in the craft register/Chamber of Industry and Commerce, information on insolvency/liquidation, reliability, tax/social security payments, tax exemption certificate, clearance certificate from the professional association, technical equipment (lifting platform, cherry picker), and explanations for the on-call service; further items as per the tender documents.
