Assistive Device Washing Machine and Maintenance Service

Delivery and installation of an assistive device washing machine: one (1) assistive device washing machine, installed and commissioned, including a four-year maintenance contract. The machine will be placed at the Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county's assistive device center, Jussilankatu 2, Lahti; operation starts on 7.1.2027. The recess dimensions for the machine are 2,400 mm x 2,640 mm with a depth of 120 mm; if a deeper recess is required, ramps must be offered. The recess distance from the wall is 500 mm from the left edge of the clean side. The room height is 3,000 mm. It is a pass-through machine with loading and unloading from separate doors, with filling from the shorter side (2,400 mm). The machine is intended for washing machine-washable assistive devices such as walkers, manual wheelchairs and accessories, WC and shower chairs, small aids (grabbers, sock aids, eating aids), support handles, and recyclable ramps. Transport routes must be considered; door sizes for transport: incoming goods doors 2,400 mm x 2,550 mm, washing room door 1,600 mm x 2,300 mm. Grates around the machine are not part of the procurement. A separate price for washing trolleys and baskets is to be offered but will not be considered in the tender comparison.
