ETICS rendered facade for the 'An der Wachsenburg' State Primary School: existing building 100 mm mineral wool with 2 mm silicone resin render and silicone resin paint; remove and reinstall 48 pieces vertical reveals for sun blinds; supplement ETICS for 2 pieces closed window openings (1,050x2,500 mm); supplement 2 reveals (H 900 mm) for conversion of window to door opening; remove and install 11 m ETICS strips (H 50 cm) in the area of the new roof waterproofing connection to the existing building; remove and install 2 pieces plinth insulations (H 750 mm) for waterproofing connection of existing building to new building with expansion joint tape; 640 m² renewal coat of silicone resin paint, of which 250 m² color-contrasted; new building 180 mm mineral wool with 2 mm mineral render and dispersion paint with 4 mm color contrasting; 725 m² ETICS, of which 143 m² color contrasting with 4 mm grain. Execution periods: existing building 10 working days after contract award until 04.12.2026, new building 05.07.2027 until 08.10.2027. Security for contract performance 5.0 percent of the contract sum (incl. VAT, without addenda), provided the contract sum is at least 250,000 Euro net; security for defect claims 3.0 percent of the sum of interim payments at the time of acceptance.
