Service for the organisation and execution of a 4-day international conference (Retreat) for the Berlin School of Optical Sciences and Quantum Technologies (BOS.QT). The service includes accommodation and catering (full/half board) for approx. 50 participants as well as the provision of conference and meeting rooms including technical equipment. A suitable venue in the Baltic Sea region within a radius of approx. 220 to 290 km from Berlin is to be provided as the event location.
