Further Development of Success Monitoring for Federal Railway Infrastructure Projects

Legal analysis for success monitoring of federal railway infrastructure projects: Examination of the current system for accompanying and concluding success monitoring for expansion and new construction projects of the rail infrastructure plan, comparison with other transport modes (e.g., federal motorways), and identification of optimization possibilities for rail transport; examination of additional requirements for success monitoring regarding timetable-based infrastructure derivation (target timetable) and planned staging of infrastructure plan measures within the new overall infrastructure concept; development of a procedure for appropriate and efficient BHO-compliant success monitoring for the accompanying and concluding control of impact, economic efficiency, and achievement of objectives for rail infrastructure plan projects or sub-projects; virtual and in-person events, and travel expenses. The first two points comprise analyses that lead to the procedure development.
