Further development and operation of the Social and Housing Agency's concept for closely supported start-up courses for foster families: This includes the further development of the concept and the adaptation of the associated competence course for family care consultants on how to use tsop. The operation involves the ongoing delivery and operation of competence courses for family care consultants on how to use tsop, ongoing evaluation and quality assurance of the competence course and the start-up course, competence development for already certified family care consultants or private actors on how to use the updated material as per sub-task 1, and the hosting and operation of a technical solution to ensure the availability of teaching materials and general information about tsop.
