Further Development and Support for ISGA Portal
IT services for the ISGA IT system (Portal Classic and Portal Web): operational support, adaptations and further developments including system interfaces to peripheral systems, and conceptual work for developing implementation strategies, technological methods, and use cases. The estimated hourly requirement for the basic contract term is 4,800 hours for 2027, 4,800 hours for 2028, 4,800 hours for 2029, and 4,000 hours for 2030. Two extension options of 2 years each are planned, with an estimated requirement of 4,000 hours per year (2031 and 2032 for each option). The estimated distribution of work volume is: 20% for operational support, 60% for adaptations and further developments, and 20% for conceptual work. The framework agreement is an EVB-IT Creation Contract (Form 414) without a minimum purchase quantity, with annual upper limits, and the possibility of increasing hours up to a maximum of 100 percent of the total contract duration's estimated hours.
