Security services for ZUS Lublin facilities and regional units

Notice title: Świadczenie usług polegających na całodobowej ochronie osób i mienia obiektów Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych Oddział w Lublinie oraz podległych jednostkach terenowych

Security services: Comprehensive 24-hour protection of persons and property, including electronic surveillance using fire, intrusion, and assault alarm systems for facilities and premises of the ZUS Lublin branch and its subordinate regional units. This includes direct physical security of buildings, employees, and third parties, monitoring of electronic devices and alarm systems, deployment of intervention groups, and the locking and unlocking of facilities and key management. The contractor must personally perform key parts of the permanent physical security, excluding alarm monitoring and intervention groups. Subcontracting is permitted, except for Russian entities (as per EU Regulations 833/2014, 2025/2033) for over 10% of the contract value. Services cover facilities in Lublin (headquarters, building complex, archive, warehouses, garages), Puławy, Kraśnik, Lubartów, Radzyń Podlaski, Biała Podlaska, Łuków, Opole Lubelskie, Ryki, Łęczna, and Parczew. Duration: 36 months from contract signing, but not before March 1, 2027.
