Reconstruction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Paczków: design and execution of the investment, including development of complete project documentation, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and permits (e.g., building permit, potential update of water permit), execution of all construction works and delivery of machinery and equipment according to approved documentation and PFU. Also included are author's supervision during construction, the full commissioning and trial operation process to confirm control parameters and ecological effect, obtaining the final occupancy permit on behalf of the client, providing a warranty as per contract, and providing service for 12 months from the final acceptance protocol of construction works. The investment is located in a flood-prone area. The existing wastewater treatment plant is non-functional after the 2024 flood and operates temporarily; it requires urgent reconstruction considering its location in a flood-prone area. A new wastewater treatment plant with advanced mechanical, biological, sludge management, power supply, control, and monitoring systems must be designed and executed to achieve the ecological effect. This also involves demolition works and technological facilities designed for proper functioning and structural durability during potential floods and storm inflows, considering complex ground conditions. The project documentation is subject to client approval. The contractor must include a list of planned equipment with manufacturer, technical performance, power, and material parameters, and document the required process guarantees after commissioning. A free, full warranty service for 1 year, including all necessary inspections and consumables, must be calculated. Further details are in Part III SWZ and PFU (Part II SWZ).
