Reconstruction of the Paczków Wastewater Treatment Plant

Design and construction of the Paczków Wastewater Treatment Plant: Preparation of complete project documentation, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and approvals (including building permit and, if applicable, updating of the water permit), execution of all construction works, and supply of machinery and equipment according to approved project documentation and PFU. This includes exercising author's supervision, conducting the full commissioning process and trial operation with confirmation of achieving control parameters and ecological effect, obtaining the final occupancy permit on behalf of the client, and providing a warranty according to contract terms. The investment is to be realized in a flood-prone area, as the plant requires urgent reconstruction after a 2024 flood. The design and execution involve advanced systems for mechanical and biological treatment, sludge management, power supply, control, and monitoring, as well as demolition works and technological facilities with parameters ensuring proper functioning and structural durability during potential floods and storm surges. A 1-year free warranty service, including maintenance (with materials, wearing parts, lubricants, etc., complete requirements) as required by equipment suppliers to maintain the warranty, is also included.
