Winter road maintenance for district roads in Ostrołęka County for the 2026/2027 winter season: Ensuring road passability through snow removal with brines, reducing slipperiness by spreading chemical agents and abrasive materials, sweeping district roads, cleaning gullies and storm drains. The contract is divided into 3 lots. The contractor must provide and store all materials for winter maintenance, vehicles must be equipped with yellow flashing warning lights. 24/7 on-call services for order reception and road condition reports must be ensured. Services are to be performed according to telephone instructions from the Road District Manager. The award is excluded according to Art. 5k of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 for subcontractors, suppliers, or entities whose capacities are relied upon for more than 10% of the contract value and who are subject to the restrictions.
