Winter maintenance services for district roads in Zambrów city area, including ongoing anti-skid measures through spreading and snow removal from roadways and other road elements. Provision of sand-salt mixtures (30% and 10% salt content) and sand (grain size up to 2 mm), including laboratory testing of salt content. Deployment of 2 trucks (5–8 t) with spreader and plow, 1 tractor with spreader and plow, and 1 wheel loader for loading. The contractor is responsible for material preparation, storage, and loading, the use of vehicles for spreading and clearing services on roads, sidewalks, cycle paths, and parking lots, as well as equipment maintenance and technical readiness. 24-hour readiness must be ensured. Billing is per km for clearing and spreading roadways (with 30% sand-salt, 10% sand-salt, or sand) and per m² for clearing and spreading sidewalks, cycle paths, and parking lots (with sand or 10% sand-salt). The contract duration covers the winter seasons 2026/2027, 2027/2028, and 2028/2029.
