Winter maintenance for schools in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district, divided into two lots: Lot 1 for 43 properties in the Steglitz area, Lot 2 for 25 properties in the Zehlendorf area. The winter service includes snow and ice clearing on sidewalks, roads, parking areas, and schoolyards, the provision and application of gritting materials, their removal and proper disposal, inspection drives to assess deployment necessity, and route and deployment planning with deployment records. The contractor provides personnel, equipment (clearing technology, vehicles), and gritting materials. A detailed route plan (clearing plan) specifying properties, sequence, and timing must be submitted by October 1st of the current year. Bidders may submit offers for both lots but will be awarded a maximum of one lot; if ranked first in both lots, the award will be for the lot with the higher net total price.
