Winter maintenance for roads, sidewalks, pedestrian paths, and municipal parking lots: includes streets of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th priority for winter maintenance (according to lists in contract annexes 1-4), sidewalks for snow removal and gritting, sidewalks for sand gritting (green areas), parking lots for snow removal and gritting (according to list in contract annex 5), purchase, assembly, disassembly, current maintenance, conservation, and storage of snow fences (according to list in contract annex 6), placement and operation of 8 braziers (according to list in contract annex 7). The service must be performed using heavy vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 3.5 t, meeting at least EURO 5 emission standards, or minimum EURO 6 if declared in the offer.
