Winter Road Maintenance for Biała Podlaska, 2026-2027 Season

Winter road maintenance for Biała Podlaska: Snow removal and de-icing services from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Services include ensuring the passability of roads of standards 2 to 4 (national, provincial, district, municipal, service roads) with a maximum impassability time of 4 hours during heavy snowfall for specific roads, combating slipperiness by spreading salt solution or sand-salt mixture, spreading sand on designated roads, snow removal from areas specified by the client, snow removal from unpaved roads and service roads on demand, and conducting 24-hour duties and surface condition inspections. Minimum road maintenance standards range from standard 2 (enhanced/regular) to standard 6 (unpaved roads). Lists of roads and areas are provided in attachments 1 to 6 of the tender documents. The contractor must provide premises and a yard for winter maintenance operations at their own expense and report readiness for service at least 7 days before the start of the season. further items as per the tender documents.
