Winter road maintenance: services for district, communal, and internal roads in the Koluszki Commune, estimated length approximately 197 km. Includes snow removal from roadways and paths, snow clearing of hard-to-reach areas (bus bays, public transport stops), combating winter and post-snow slipperiness (especially on inclines, intersections, curves), and post-winter sweeping of road areas, parking bays, sidewalks, and bicycle paths. Also included are the provision of vehicles and equipment, purchase and preparation of chemicals and natural spreading materials, and their loading onto spreading vehicles. A daily winter road maintenance report must be kept and submitted to the contracting authority.
