Winter maintenance services for streets and roads in Czersk Municipality, 2026/2027 season

Winter maintenance services for streets, municipal roads, and selected district roads, as well as municipal parking lots in Czersk Municipality for the 2026/2027 season: includes snow removal from streets, roads, and parking lots/squares, removal of winter slipperiness using appropriate chemical and abrasive agents (salt-sand mixture provided by the client, to be collected from ul. Klaskawskiej 23, Złotowo, or for Rytel, Zapora, and Zapędowo from the wastewater treatment plant in Rytel, ul. Jatowska); weather condition monitoring; immediate commencement of winter maintenance operations after snowfall or when snow cover exceeds 5 cm, during continuous snowfall, blizzards, and snowstorms, or in case of black ice; service commencement within a maximum of 2 hours after telephone or verbal request; adherence to client's instructions; ensuring road passability at night during heavy snowfall; snow removal by plowing across the entire width and length, without obstructing traffic; manual snow removal in areas inaccessible to plows and manual cleaning of slush and curb ice in pedestrian crossing zones; 24/7 operational readiness with telephone contact; designation of on-call personnel on non-working days and holidays; provision of mobile phones to operators; use of fully functional equipment, with replacement required in case of breakdown; adherence to health and safety regulations and road traffic laws; technical readiness of spreaders, plows, carriers, and additional lighting; ongoing notification to the client via SMS about the start and end of snow removal operations. Remuneration is based on actual hours worked, documented by work reports. If the monthly remuneration (November, December 2026, January, February, March 2027) for services related to winter maintenance of streets/municipal roads/sidewalks for a given part does not exceed 50,000.00 zł gross (including 8% VAT), a readiness fee will be paid. The first invoice can be issued after January 1, 2027. The full scope of services is described in the tender documents (OPZ - attachment No. 4 to SWZ).
