Winter maintenance and summer cleaning of communication routes, squares, stairs, and mineral aggregate surfaces outside the road area in Lublin, divided into 4 regions: Winter maintenance includes constant manual upkeep of communication routes, squares, and stairs; snow removal of piled snow to a location specified by the client when necessary; manual cleaning during non-winter conditions to ensure cleanliness according to the cleaning schedule; and interventional manual cleaning within 1.5 hours of notification (including Sundays and holidays). Interventional maintenance of communication routes, squares, and stairs is based on client notifications, with the use of small plow-salt spreaders permitted for vehicle routes after consultation; the result of interventional maintenance must be achieved within 4 hours (without snowfall) or 8 hours (during ongoing snowfall) of notification. Manual collection of larger debris (without sweeping) under existing winter conditions. Post-winter cleaning of communication routes, squares, and stairs, involving tidying up, removal of weeds, and disposal of debris. Winter maintenance for mineral aggregate surfaces includes snow removal and manual cleaning during non-winter conditions. Summer cleaning includes manual cleaning of communication routes, squares, and stairs to ensure cleanliness according to the cleaning schedule, and interventional manual cleaning within 1.5 hours of notification (including Sundays and holidays). Washing of communication routes, squares, and stairs as instructed by the client, with small mechanical washers (up to 2.5 tons) recommended for large areas and pressure washers (minimum 100 bar, water heatable to 80°C) for stubborn dirt. Manual summer cleaning of mineral aggregate surfaces to maintain cleanliness, removal of moss and vegetation overgrowth from surfaces and their joints, cleaning of sandstone surfaces with brushes and water to prevent mineral salt efflorescence and plant growth (algae, mosses, lichens, fungi). During heatwaves, surfaces must be watered before cleaning to prevent dust. Work may also be performed at night upon client instruction.
