Winter maintenance services for sidewalks, bike paths, dividing islands, and pedestrian refuges in the RDW Zamość area for the 2026/2027 winter season (October 30, 2026 to April 30, 2027): mechanical and manual snow removal, and slipperiness control using sand across the entire width, including access points to pedestrian crossings. The snow layer must not exceed 2-3 cm and must form an even surface; ice or icy snow is impermissible. Sand must be spread evenly and without lumps. Services are performed on-call, with immediate response to precipitation or slipperiness. The contractor provides equipment and personnel, including maintenance, and ensures mobile communication with the Road Districts. Routes and working hours must be registered for monthly invoicing. The client provides sand at storage locations in Biłgoraj (ul. Krzeszowska 71), Józefów (ul. Batalionów Chłopskich 29), and Zamość (ul. Stefana Batorego 2); loading is the responsibility of the contractor. The client reserves the right to interrupt or suspend work due to weather conditions or regional needs without altering the maximum remuneration. Quality controls are conducted randomly; non-performance results in non-payment for the section and contractual penalties. The contractor is responsible for subcontractors.
