Winter Road Maintenance Services for District Roads in Kielce County
Winter road maintenance services for district roads: The detailed scope of work, execution method, and payment terms are specified in Chapter II (List of district roads for winter maintenance by tasks and routes), Chapter III (Detailed Technical Specification), and Chapter IV (Winter Road Maintenance Standards). An option right is provided to change the total quantity of the service scope for individual tasks, with a minimum quantity of -70% and a maximum quantity of +70% of the specified amount. The exercise of this option right is at the discretion of the contracting authority and is not obligatory. Optional services will be settled under the terms and financial principles of the basic contract, based on the unit prices stated by the contractor in the offer. Optional services may be ordered during the contract period and require a written declaration of intent from the contracting authority. Exercising the option right does not constitute a contract amendment and does not require an addendum, only an order from the contracting authority. Each order under the option right will be settled individually. The optional order does not oblige the contracting authority to award it, nor does it provide grounds for the contractor to claim damages for non-fulfillment.
