Winter Maintenance Services for Streets

Winter maintenance services for streets: Contract duration from 1.11.2026 to 31.10.2027 with an option for extension until 31.10.2031. Work commences upon notification by the municipal emergency service. The main contractor is responsible for independently supervising their own work and that of any subcontractors, based on the winter maintenance criteria provided by the Municipality of Ilmajoki. Payment consists of unit prices and work performance, plus an on-call compensation. This compensation includes on-call and emergency readiness during the winter season from 1.11. to 30.4., travel to work sites, and the removal of snow poles acquired by the municipality. Should the scope of the road and street network or properties change, the contract scope may be adjusted; for changes exceeding 10%, price adjustments will be negotiated.
