Audit of Grant Accounts

Audit of grant accounts: Auditing the financial eligibility of reports under a framework agreement with a net value of 94,500,000 Ft and an estimated workload of approximately 5,558 hours. The audit includes the financial-regularity check of documents submitted by beneficiaries related to domestic budget grants, the prescription of possible supplementary documents, the certification of the regularity, reliability, and authenticity of the submitted documents, the issuance of an auditor's report, as well as post-audits and the subsequent issuance of an audit report. This specifically includes process control tasks such as general full-scope audits and selection for sampling. For the sample items, audits of wage-related items, material expenses, capital expenditure (in addition to material expenses), and passed-on grants are to be performed. The compilation of the audit report is also part of the service. Deadlines for task completion: selection of reports for sampling within 7 working days after designation; checking of received documents and supplementary documents within 10 working days from receipt of documents. Post-audit tasks and the compilation of the post-audit report are also included, with a deadline of 15 working days for checking documents received during the post-audit. The expected number of reports to be audited totals 106 pieces, divided into 10 reports with 0-100 item lines, 40 reports with 101-1000 item lines, and 56 reports with over 1000 item lines. The number of reports affected by the post-audit varies. The contracting authority reserves the right to request only partial tasks.
