Project and Cost Documentation for the Reconstruction of Wieniawskiego Street in Wałbrzych

Notice title: Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej stanowiącej podstawę opisu oraz wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia publicznego dotyczącego realizacji robót budowlanych, dla zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Przebudowa ul. Wieniawskiego (w okolicach kościoła Św. Anny) w Wałbrzychu”

Project and cost documentation for the reconstruction of Wieniawskiego Street (near St. Anne's Church) in Wałbrzych: Creation of a basis for the description and execution of construction works. Tasks include obtaining land registry maps and property lists, preparing a project map based on existing inventory and verification of road infrastructure, coordinating with all underground utility network operators, and obtaining necessary approvals and decisions such as building permits, public investment location decisions, environmental decisions, and monument conservator permits. Geological documentation, geotechnical analysis, documentation for construction notifications or a multi-discipline construction project (architectural, site development, technical project), executive designs for each discipline, Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), a permanent traffic organization plan with approval, a bill of quantities, a pricing form, and an investor's estimate for all disciplines in tabular format (divided by work types such as general works, road construction, specialized works) are to be prepared. Other required decisions, opinions, permits, and design conditions must also be obtained. The contractor initiates and participates in coordination meetings, prepares minutes, cooperates in preparing opinions, participates in the tender process for construction works (answering bidder questions), and provides author's supervision during construction. Documentation must be prepared without proprietary names; if "or equivalent" is used, technical parameters must be specified. Latest technologies must be utilized, text parts must be MS Word compatible, bills of quantities and tender cost estimates must also be supplied electronically in MS Excel format. An additional electronic version without personal data must be created. Quantitative scope: Executive designs – 5 copies per discipline; approved permanent traffic organization plan – 5 copies; bills of quantities – 1 copy each; collective pricing form – 1 copy; multi-discipline STWiORB – 3 copies; investor's estimate – 1 copy. A total of 3 complete copies of the project documentation are to be submitted, including one approved set, plus additional copies for obtaining required opinions and approvals. The entire project documentation must also be provided on CD/DVD.
