Production and Delivery of Baby Layettes for Children in Medical Facilities

Production and delivery of baby layettes for children born in 2026 in the medical facilities Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Ludwika Rydygiera in Krakow sp. z o.o., Szpital Wojewódzki im. Św. Łukasza in Tarnów, and Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego in Nowy Sącz: 1,149 complete sets as a basic order and 1,149 complete sets as an option. Each set includes a pillow, a duvet, a mascot, and a cotton bib with the WM logo, packed in a box with a window and ribbon. The option can be exercised for up to 12 months after the completion of the basic order or until the option budget is exhausted, with notification of exercise required up to 14 days before the end of the basic order period. Estimated net value of the basic order: 154,134.14 PLN; estimated net value of the option: 154,134.15 PLN. 200,000.00 PLN gross is allocated for the basic order. Only entities with protected employment status (protected workshops, social cooperatives) or other providers whose main objective is the social and professional integration of marginalized persons are eligible to participate. Equivalent products are permissible.
