Construction works, supply and installation of materials, devices, and equipment for the NASK Cybersecurity Center. ICT products, services, and processes must not have negative impacts on state security or originate from high-risk suppliers. Supplies from certain countries are not permitted, with origin determined according to EU Customs Code Art. 60. Completion within 97 weeks from contract signing. Confidential project documentation is available upon written request at least 10 days before the bid deadline; offers without access to this documentation will be rejected. The disclosure of confidential documents to third parties or subcontractors requires prior written consent from the contracting authority.
