XML schema optimization for Technical Guidelines BSI TR-03156, BSI TR-03121, and BSI TR-03135: Analysis, consolidation, and optimization of XML schemas to establish monitoring for border controls in accordance with Art. 38 Para. 4 of the EES Regulation. The service includes the structural and holistic unification of log schemas and Schematron files, the creation of a style guide for XSD modeling based on BSI TR-03156 to define future XSD creation and standardize the publication process, and the improvement of Schematron usage through semantic checks to minimize error sources. A style guide for best practices in Schematron usage, tailored to BSI TR-03156 test cases, is to be developed. Additionally, an expertise contingent is provided for clarifying open questions regarding changes or extensions to XML schemas, including the revision of current models and the creation of a framework for future logging projects. All analysis steps and results must be documented.
