Delivery of computer equipment for various units of the University of Opole: The scope includes desktop computers and laptops with accessories (keyboard, mouse, laptop bag). Delivery comprises transport, bringing into the premises, and if applicable, assembly, connection, startup, and functional testing. All delivered devices of the same type must be from the same manufacturer and model, with identical hardware configurations and technical parameters. The equipment must be new, unused, non-refurbished, non-regenerated, not from display, free of defects, complete, and compliant with EU and national legal requirements, especially regarding safety and CE marking. An EU Declaration of Conformity may be requested. The devices must comply with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety and originate from a legal distribution channel, including all components necessary for proper use.
