Leasing of 2 new tractor sets from model year 2026 with additional equipment for winter road maintenance (plows, sand spreaders) and green area care (flail mowers). The contractor provides training for users and 2 mechanics on the operation, maintenance, and repair of the tractors, including individual training on service activities and consumables during inspections in the last year of warranty. A guarantee against constructional, material, manufacturing, and legal defects is provided. Upon delivery, service conditions, operating instructions, technical inspection reports, homologation documents, and CE conformity certificates must be submitted. Financing is via operational leasing for a period of 47 months with 47 equal monthly installments in PLN at a fixed interest rate. A handling fee of 0% and an initial fee of 10% of the net leasing object value plus VAT are payable within 14 days of contract signing. The leasing installment includes commissions, transport costs, and employee training. After the final installment, a buyout option is available within 30 days at a residual value of 6% net plus VAT. The client may arrange insurance (OC/AC/NW) independently. Registration and transport tax costs are not part of the offer price. The client bears the costs of periodic, mandatory technical inspections. Equivalent solutions are permitted if norms indicate specific manufacturers or origins, provided that technical parameters meet the minimum required quality standards and products are comparably priced. The burden of proof for equivalence lies with the contractor. Partial bids are not allowed.
