Design and execution of construction works: New construction of a harbormaster's office at Marina Gdynia, including facilities for sailing clubs, on municipal plots 3024, 3025, and 3026, district 0026 Śródmieście. The service comprises two stages: Stage I involves the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation and obtaining the final building permit or a certificate of no objection to the construction notification. Stage II includes the execution of construction works based on the documentation prepared in Stage I, all associated works, multi-branch author's supervision over the construction execution, and obtaining the occupancy permit. Detailed information is provided in the Scope of Work (OPZ, Attachment 4) and the Functional-Utility Program (PFU, Attachment 4A).
