Management and investor supervision for the realization of the investment project for the construction of a railway section from Modlin to Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy (MPL) Warszawa/Modlin and the Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy (MPL) Warszawa/Modlin railway station: This includes, as basic scope, the management, supervision, and control of construction contracts, functioning as Engineer according to the Agreement and Construction Contract, material and financial management including settlement, monitoring, and reporting, technical management with investor supervision duties, coordination of the construction contract, and environmental and natural supervision (control of construction process impact on surface and groundwater, noise, air, soil, waste management, green areas) according to environmental decisions and administrative requirements. An option for extending the investor supervision service by a maximum of 12 months is included.
