Masonry and Facade Works for the core renovation of the listed "Spinnerei" building at Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach: supply and installation of thermal insulation for ventilated facade with cladding (400 m²); supply and installation of horizontal console anchors for supporting facing masonry for earthquake protection as continuous angle (23 m); supply and installation of vertical single console anchors for supporting facing masonry for earthquake protection with 2 angles per support point (240 pcs); production of facing masonry, shell spacing 50 mm, exterior wall vMz ARF (300 m²); production of a brick archway in old imperial format (250/120/65 mm) in the southern access area (28 m²); hydrophobing of existing masonry (800 m²); individual crack repair in existing brickwork (200 m).
