Timber and carpentry works as general contractor services for the construction of a new daycare center on the premises of Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland: waterproofing, greening, and plumbing works, arcade concrete and steel construction works, building elements (wood-aluminum - PR facade, wood-aluminum - windows and doors, aluminum - frame doors, joinery - interior window sills, sun protection systems), curtain facade made of wood profiles and cement building boards, suspended ceiling made of cement building boards, external thermal insulation composite system, and painting works for facade and timber components. Execution start expected early August, completion by end of May 2027.
